Y83 Platform aims to provide a seamless and efficient delivery experience for all customers. We offer delivery services for a wide range of products available on our platform, ensuring that your orders are handled with the utmost care and delivered promptly.

2. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to addresses within Malaysia. Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or issues with your order.

3. Delivery Time-frames

  • Standard Delivery: Orders will typically be delivered within 5-7 business days.

  • Express Delivery: Orders will be delivered within 1-3 business days for an additional fee.

  • Same-Day Delivery: Available in select areas for orders placed before 12 PM local time.

 

Delivery times may vary based on product availability, your location, and other factors. During peak seasons or holidays, delivery times may be extended.

4. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The applicable delivery fee will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

5. Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

For Non Pre-Order products, sellers are given 2 days* to prepare your order to be shipped out and for Pre-Order products, sellers are given 7-30 days* to ship out the order. Please chat with the seller for more accurate timeline.

 

*Calculation of Days To Ship excludes Saturdays, Sundays & public holidays. 

 

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on our website or the carrier’s tracking portal.

7. Delivery Confirmation

Upon delivery, a signature may be required to confirm receipt of the order. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a delivery notice with instructions on how to collect your order or reschedule the delivery.

8. Undeliverable Packages

In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the delivery, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Provide detailed information and photos of the damaged items to assist us in resolving the issue promptly.

10. International Deliveries

Currently, Y83 Platform does not support international deliveries. We are focused on providing the best possible service within Malaysia and will consider expanding our delivery coverage in the future.
